OPTION ONE: If client took the test

Okay, so the first portion of this document walks through immediate next steps regarding your MVD suspension, which since you took the test, in the state of AZ lasts for 90 days. If you want to drive during this period [confirm client needs/wants to drive] you may apply for a temporary license permit. The document you pulled up is specifically related to your case, including all the next steps for your permit application, as well as some steps you might face after you get your court’s sentencing.  Remember, to follow these steps and feel free to reach out to me with any questions you have about the next steps for getting your temporary license during this period.  Also, please remember our next 1:1 will be post-sentencing. OPTION TWO: If client refused the test

Ok, while I know it’s probably disappointing to lose your hearing, you did pass a critical milestone, and we have some clear next steps for you. Your driver;s license will be suspended for the following 12 months. Usually you can’t drive during this suspension period

But, there is a special restricted driving license which might be suitable for you, if you want to drive. Do you want / need to drive? [If client says yes….]

  • IF YES

Ok to drive during this period, you can apply for this license. I’m going to send you an update related to your case, including all the next steps for your license application, as well as some other steps you might be facing after you get your court’s sentencing. 

Part of the application will require you to install an interlock device into your car and to have a SR22 certification for establishing your insurance. Restorify has exclusive, prescreened partners which can assist you with both. I’m going to connect you with a representative from Intoxalock, they are a highly recommended provider of the IID, and they are going to take care of you for that product. For the SR-22, we have another partner, Breath Easy Insurance. After you speak with Intoxalock, they will connect you with the right folks at Breathe Easy to handle your needs regarding SR-22.  Hold on, I’m going to first live transfer you to one of our representatives with Intoxalock.
