OPTION TWO: If client refused the test
Ok, while I know it’s probably disappointing to lose your hearing, you did pass a critical milestone, and we have some clear next steps for you. Your driver;s license will be suspended for the following 12 months. Usually you can’t drive during this suspension period
But, there is a special restricted driving license which might be suitable for you, if you want to drive. Do you want / need to drive? [If client says yes….]

Ok to drive during this period, you can apply for this license. I’m going to send you an update related to your case, including all the next steps for your license application, as well as some other steps you might be facing after you get your court’s sentencing.
Part of the application will require you to install an interlock device into your car and to have a SR22 certification for establishing your insurance. Restorify has exclusive, prescreened partners which can assist you with both. I’m going to connect you with a representative from Intoxalock, they are a highly recommended provider of the IID, and they are going to take care of you for that product. For the SR-22, we have another partner, Breath Easy Insurance. After you speak with Intoxalock, they will connect you with the right folks at Breathe Easy to handle your needs regarding SR-22.
